DESCRIPTION: 【Stay Home, Stay Safe!】This is an art piece I painted for this competition. There is a boy wearing a mask and a miniature Mother Earth who is also wearing a mask. The Earth is crying as the coronavirus is spreading around the world. I also included a dog that is wearing a mask to make it cuter. The characters are in a house. Outside, there are some Covid-19 viruses trying to enter the house. I used acrylic paint and coloured markers. For the sky, I chose gradient colours. I used the acrylic for the background. I also painted the slogan and the house. I used markers on the smaller items like the characters and the coronaviruses. I like the way I painted the sky as the gradient colours fit the artpiece. I hope my cartoon art piece will tell the patients in the hospital to have faith and stay safe!
