DESCRIPTION: I painted a girl flying a kite from the corridor of a HDB apartment block at sunset. I wanted to show how people are staying home and pursuing hobbies during the circuit breaker lockdown in Singapore. Even while we are all isolated and stuck at home, the kite flying shows us that it is still possible to feel a sense of freedom, peacefulness and connection to the world.
