At the Asian Art Association Singapore, we view art as a vital force for sustainability. Through exhibitions, outreach, and thought leadership, we support projects that align with ESG values. Our responsibility extends to public education — regularly contributing to media, promoting knowledge of cultural aesthetics, and inspiring collective change through creative expression.

E Environment | Art for Green Transformation

Promote eco-friendly art creation, advocating the use of recycled materials and natural pigments

Initiate the "Green Art Museum" initiative to explore low-carbon exhibitions and art activities

Organize international art competitions and exhibitions themed on climate change and biodiversity

Collaborate with environmental organizations to plan eco-art installations and public space beautification projects

Case Study:
"Wild City" painting and photography exhibition focused on the symbiosis between humans and nature, held from December 2024 to April 2025 at the UNESCO World Heritage Site—Singapore Botanic Gardens, resonating with public environmental awareness.

S Social | Art Connecting Everyone

Provide free art education to vulnerable groups, such as refugee children and youths from low-income families

Organize "Art Therapy" programs to assist hospitals, nursing homes, and psychological rehabilitation centers with aesthetic interventions

Advocate cultural diversity and inclusion by hosting multi-ethnic and multilingual art festivals and competitions

Collaborate with volunteer organizations to empower artists as ambassadors of positive social energy

Case Study:
We organized art teaching programs for Rohingya refugee children in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, with volunteer artists from various countries and school groups.

G Governance | Transparency, Fairness, Responsibility

Transparent governance structure and public operational data

All evaluation activities use real-name expert scoring to ensure fairness in competitions

Regularly contribute to renowned media outlets to disseminate in-depth content on art, urban aesthetics, culture, and sustainable development to the public

Encourage young artists to engage in public issue creation, enhancing awareness of cultural governance

Case Study:
Jay Chau, the chairman of AAA has been interviewed or has written columns on public cultural and art issues for renowned media outlets, including but not limited to Lianhe Zaobao, South China Morning Post, Central News Agency Taiwan and People's Daily.
