Operations Intern
Job title: Operations Intern
Work location: Work From Home
Job type: Internship (part-time/full-time)
Work hours: At least 3 days a week, flexible arrangement

Job responsibilities:
Event coordination and support: Assist in the planning and execution of various activities of the association, including art competitions, exhibitions, lectures, etc.
Social media management: Responsible for the daily updates and content releases of the association on major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Xiaohongshu, etc.) to enhance the brand influence of the association.
Data collation and analysis: Assist in collecting and collating relevant data of the association's activities, and write briefings and analysis reports to improve the operational efficiency of the activities.
Partner communication: Assist in docking and communication with partner organizations (such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the National Heritage Board of Singapore, Taiwan United Daily News, etc.) and sponsors to ensure the smooth progress of cooperative projects.
Document management and administrative support: Responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the association, including document collation, meeting arrangements, etc.
Marketing and promotion: Assist in planning and implementing marketing plans to enhance the association's visibility in the field of art and culture.
Job Requirements:
Educational background: College or undergraduate, no major limit, art management, marketing, public relations, media-related majors are preferred.
Language skills: Fluent in Chinese and English, good written and oral communication skills, able to translate and write Chinese and English materials.
Social media experience: Familiar with the operation of major social media platforms, with copywriting and content planning capabilities.
Meticulous and patient: Work carefully and meticulously, and be able to effectively complete clerical work such as document sorting and event coordination.
Teamwork spirit: Have a good sense of teamwork, and be able to work closely with different departments and colleagues to complete tasks together.
Time management ability: Have good time management ability and be able to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment.
Love art and culture: Have a strong interest in art and cultural activities, and be willing to devote yourself to the cause of art promotion.
