Statement
This summer is an unusual and wonderful season! On June 6, the first Shanghai Nightlife Festival opened! "Night economy" is an important part of the urban economy, and its degree of prosperity is an important indicator of the openness and activity of a city's economy. The launch of the first Shanghai Nightlife Festival is another great achievement of China's victory in the fight against the epidemic! People can wear masks to reflect the colorful night life in night shopping, night food, night travel, night entertainment and night reading. The Shanghai Municipal Government has launched more than 180 special events and more than 50 special bazaars to create a new image of night Shanghai with fireworks, Shanghai flavor, fashion trend and international style.
I followed the trend and visited Shanghai Book City, Shanghai Museum, Chenghuang Temple and many night markets. In general, the most western-style, most down-to-earth, and most literary night market in Shanghai is the "Anyi Night Alley". It is located at No. 144, Changde Road, Jing'an District. This road is very short, only 264 meters long. Located in the commercial circle of the golden area of Nanjing West Road. In the middle of Kerry Center and Jing'an Temple. The flow of people is frequent. It is a newly opened international and high-quality nightlife market that is both pioneering and localized during the epidemic. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the opening hours are from 12 to 23:00. In order to control the flow of people, they often have to wait in line at the door. The flowers on both sides of the door are clustered, and the fragrance of flowers is intoxicating. Music, beer, and delicacy accompany the tourists, making people linger and reluctant to leave for a long time. People can sit down at will, eat and talk, enjoy music, watch band performances, dance and revel, and enjoy a good time. I stood in the crowd and watched quietly: young couples holding their children and shopping happily. The middle-aged couple brought the elderly and tasted delicious dishes. Loving couples sang and laughed and talked freely. The lively scene of carnival, shocked my soul. What it brings me is the awakening of emotions and the recovery of memories. It seemed to take me back to the long-lost night Shanghai. I can't calm down for a long time. As an art worker, I have created many anti-epidemic works, which have been reported and exhibited by major media. "Anyi Night Alley" aroused my enthusiasm for creation again. I have the responsibility and obligation to pass on this beautiful memory and express it with a brush. Let people's long-lost night market life shine again! One month after returning home, I collected materials, conceived designs, painted day and night, and created the oil painting "Colorful Shencheng Night", size: 100x100cm. I want to use this work to infect everyone and leave good memories. Like for Shanghai to create a high-quality "night economy". Help China's night economic recovery!
