Artist Statement

Art is the intersection of emotion and reason, the bridge between space and the soul.
It exists not only on canvas or in sculpture, but is deeply rooted in environments, light, and the interactions between people and space.

I firmly believe that true artistic design must simultaneously respond to both functionality and emotion, achieving a precise balance between aesthetics and practicality.

From municipal planning projects in China to modern commercial spaces in Singapore, I have always approached design with the sensitivity of an artist and the logic of a designer, exploring the role and meaning of "human presence" within spaces.

Art should not be an aloof expression; it should be an experience that everyone can perceive and resonate with.
It can be a child’s freely painted piece of paper, or a beam of light cast just perfectly in an office space.

My journey in design is a continuous exploration of how art can transform life.
