Kaining Wang is a concept artist based in Los Angeles, California with a passion for story-telling in animation and video games. Her works are featured in Society of Illustrator West, Infected by Art, Ijungle, ADC award, 3x3 international Award, Communication Arts etc.

In November 2024, she was invited to join the Asian Art Association Singapore (Illustration).

I firmly believe in the power of story-telling in art. I think it is how human made art can build connection with the audience. My inspiration often draws from folktales or mythologies in combination with what happens in our world. In blending elements of folklore with the pressing issues and current events, I want to create art that is both timeless and timely, offering poignant reflections on our humanity.

During my free time, I like to go exploring new food places around the area, visit antique shops and practice kickboxing. I also enjoy watching my two cats fighting and acting silly.
