The Asian Art Association Singapore (AAA) cordially invites artists, art students and teachers, and art enthusiasts from all over the world to join us in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, for our ‘Art for Refugee’ programme. The aim of this programme is to provide voluntary art education to Rohingya refugee students in the area, and to help them open a window to the world through art.

Rohingya refugee students are far away from home due to war and poverty, and education resources are extremely scarce. However, art is a power that needs no words and can cross cultures and borders, bringing them hope and creativity. This activity is not only a sharing of teaching, but also a dialogue of the heart. Through artistic expression, refugee students are able to release their inner emotions, find their self-worth, and rekindle their vision for the future.
