· According to age and profession, it is divided into Professional Youth (17 years old and below), Professional Adult (18 years old and above), Amateur Preschool (3 to 7 years old), Amateur Children (8 to 12 years old), Amateur Youth (13 to 17 years old) and Amateur Adult (over 18 years old).

· According to the region, it is divided into SG Division (Singapore), MY Division (Malaysia), TW Division (Taiwan), JPKR Division (Japan and South Korea), USCA Division (United States and Canada), EU Division (United Kingdom and European Union countries), CN Division (Mainland China), HKMO Division (Hong Kong and Macau), Global Division (Other countries).

· The size of the entries must be A3 (297 mm x 420 mm), both vertical and horizontal.

· Entries must be clear, in JPG or PNG format, and the file size must not exceed 10MB.

· Please submit a text description in Chinese or English (up to 100 words) for each entry.

· The registration fee for the competition will not be refunded once the registration is successful.

· Please ensure that the submitted competition information is true and accurate. If you modify the registration information (including but not limited to name, group, etc.) after the registration form is submitted, a handling fee of 10 SGD will be charged each time.

· The entries are limited to original works. It is strictly forbidden to plagiarize other people's works or create with the help of artificial intelligence. If there is infringement, in addition to recovering the reward according to law, the creator shall bear the legal responsibility, and the organizer has nothing to do with it.

· No entries will be returned. The organizer has the right to collect, exhibit, publish, etc. for the winning works selected in the finals, and will not pay any remuneration or royalties for future use.

· The information such as the sending organization and name on the top of the award certificate and the letter of thanks are all filled in at the time of registration. Please fill in carefully. If there is any error, please contact the competition organizing committee immediately.
