· Entries should be created using sketches.

· According to the age group, it is divided into Amateur Preschool Group (3 to 7 years old), Amateur Children Group (8 to 12 years old), Amateur Youth Group (13 to 17 years old), Amateur Adult Group (18 years old and above), Professional Youth Group (under 18 years old) and Professional Adult Group (18 years old and above).

· Professional Youth Group refers to art students of professional art colleges and universities, secondary schools, elementary schools and junior colleges; Professional Adult Group refers to students and teachers of professional art colleges, art schools or comprehensive universities majoring in art.

· Judges will score according to "Creativity", "Artistry", "Conformity to the theme" and "Explanation".

· Scoring method: The judges will be ranked according to their scores after comprehensive scoring.

· The percentage of entries for each award will be as follows: 5% for the Platinum Prize, 10% for the Gold Prize, 25% for the Silver Prize, 55% for the Bronze Prize, and 5% for the Award of Excellence.

· Group registration schools with more than 30 participants will be awarded the best organization prize.

· There is no limit to the number of entries; upload one entry at a time; for multiple entries, please upload them separately and pay the entry fee separately.

· Works can be expressed in any way and in any form.

· The size of the entry must be A3 (297mm x 420mm) or the same proportional size, both straight and horizontal.

· Entries must be in JPG or PNG format, with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi and a file size of no more than 10MB.

· Please submit a one-paragraph text description (minimum 30 words, maximum 100 words) in Chinese or English for each entry.

· Entries must be original and theft of others' works is strictly prohibited. No artificial intelligence technology may be used for creation. If there is any infringement, the creator will be responsible for the legal responsibility and has nothing to do with the organizer, in addition to recovering the reward according to the law.

· Entries will not be returned and the organizer has the right to collect, exhibit and publish the winning entries after the final selection. The organizer is not required to pay any additional remuneration or royalty for the use of the posters.

· Please fill in the information on the top of the award and certificate of appreciation carefully, and contact the competition organizing committee immediately if there is any mistakes.

· The organizer has the final right of interpretation of this activity. By registering for the contest, you agree that you will abide by the rules and regulations and the final selection results of the organizer.
