The Singapore Botanic Gardens is Singapore's first UNESCO World Heritage-listed tropical garden with over 10,000 species of plants. Here, you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself in the serenity of nature and feel the peace and beauty of yoga.
Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself in the peace and beauty of yoga amidst the lush tropical rainforest. The Singapore Botanic Gardens Yoga Workshop is organized by the Singapore Asian Art Society and is scheduled to be held every Wednesday evening. This is a pro bono workshop where you can pay a very low price to experience a wide range of yoga cultures such as Basic Yoga, Yin Yoga, Flow Yoga, Ashtanga and many more under the guidance of experienced yoga instructors. We invite you to join us and experience a unique yoga journey.

Basic Yoga: for beginners to learn basic yoga poses and breathing techniques
Flow Yoga: combining breath and movement in a smooth and elegant way
Yin Yoga: focuses on stretching and relaxation, improving flexibility of the body
Ashtanga: burns a lot of calories to cleanse the body and flush out toxins
