Event by the EU Delegation to Singapore and the Embassies of France, Poland, Sweden and Ukraine.
Today, 24th of February, together as #TeamEurope we mark one year of resilience since Russia invaded Ukraine.
The Embassy of Ukraine in Singapore presented the winning collection "Love and Peace: World Charity Painting Competition", published by the Asian Art Association Singapore, as a gift to ambassadors and guests.
We #StandWithUkraine & will support it till a just peace is restored.
In 2020, in response to COVID-19 that swept the world, Asian Art Association of Singapore (AAA) held the first "World Charity Painting Competition", in which thousands of art lovers from around the world have participated for two years, expressing their care for the world.
In February 2022, Russia defied the international community and invaded Ukraine, causing huge loss of life and property, indelible pain to the Ukrainian people. For this reason, AAA, in collaboration with the Singapore Red Cross Society, is organizing the "Love and Peace: World Charity Painting Competition 2022" to collect paintings from art lovers around the world to express their support for the brave people of Ukraine and to show their desire for world peace. A portion of the entry fee for the competition will be donated to the Singapore Red Cross's Ukraine Relief Fund to help Ukrainian refugees overcome their plight.
All entries will be collected into Album for the participants, artists and the community to collect. The best works will be invited to participate in the "Love and Peace: World Charity Painting Exhibition". In addition to the award and album, each participant will also receive a donation certificate from the Singapore Red Cross.

Artwork Specifications
Entries should be created around "Love and Peace".
There is no limit to the number of entries, please upload one entry at a time.
Works can be expressed in any way, regardless of form
The size of the entry must be A3 (297mm x 420mm), both straight and horizontal.
Entries must be in JPG or PNG format, with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi and a file size of no more than 10MB.
Please submit a text description of each entry in Chinese or English (minimum 30 words, maximum 100 words)
