COVID-19 is spreading around the world. More and more people are being affected by the outbreak, losing jobs, reducing incomes and even saying goodbye to their lovers forever. In order to commemorate the outbreak, inspire the world with the art of painting and show concern for life, Asian Art Association teamed up with famous painters from around the world to hold “Fight COVID-19 · World Charity Painting Competition”. The best works will be donated to a hospital or auctioned to a novel coronavirus patient. The proceeds will be used to set up a public welfare fund for those affected by the novel coronavirus.

RULES
· In accordance with the national or regional grouping, categories for Professional Group, Amateur Preschool Group (3 to 7 years old), Amateur Children Group (8 to 12 years old), Amateur Young Group (13 to 17 years old), Amateur Adult Group (over 18 years old).
· For every 100 works, select 10 gold prize, 20 silver prize, 30 bronze prize, 40 outstanding. The judges have the right to adjust the number of prizes according to the number of entries and the painting level of each group.
· Each contestant is limited to one piece of work and may not be co-authored.
· Works can be expressed in various ways, regardless of form.
· In order to maintain social distance, this activity will adopt online registration and transmission of works. In order to ensure quality, the pixels of the works should not be less than 300 dpi. After the epidemic is over and offline exhibitions are allowed, the creators need to send their works to the locations designated by Asian Arts Association.
· Entries are limited to their original creations, and the theft of others' works is strictly prohibited. If there is any infringement, the creators are responsible for their own legal liabilities except for recovering the rewards according to law, which has nothing to do with the organizer.
· Entries will not be returned. The winners selected by the finals will have the right to collect, exhibit, and publish, and will not pay remuneration or royalties for future use.
· In order to implement environmental protection and love the earth, certificates of appreciation and certificates of appreciation will be sent in the form of electronic documents. Please print or frame for display as needed.
· The name on the certificate will be based on at the time of registration. Please fill in correct information and if there have any error kindly contact the organizing committee immediately.
· The excellent works will be exhibited in the hospital where novel coronavirus patients have been treated or auctioned by a professional institution. The proceeds from the auction will be set up into a special fund and donated to the people affected by the pandemic.
· The organizer has the final right to interpret the event. Signing up for the competition indicates compliance with the selection rules and the final selection results of the organizer.
Timeline
· September 30, 2020, registration closes
· October 25, 2020, all works will be uploaded to the competition's official website
· November 1, 2020, we began to count the purchase intention of "Physical certificates with photo frames" and "commemorative album". (On a voluntary basis, electronic certificates will be issued free of charge)
· November 11, 2020, all works will be uploaded to our Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/AsianArtAssociation/). The works of most LIKE will be awarded "Internet Popularity Award".
(The online selection is an independent award, which will not affect the rating and ranking of artists.)
· November 25, 2020, online voting closes
· November 30, 2020, announce the evaluation results
· Before December 20, 2020, all award-winning outstanding works shall be sent to the designated place
· In 2021, the global touring exhibition will begin
