Hi, everyone. I'm Chiang Wan-an, legislator of the Republic of China (Taiwan). I'm very pleased to be invited by Chairman Jay of Asian Art Association (AAA) to show support through this video.

I'm grateful that the 2nd World Charity Painting Competition will be hold this year. Artists from all over the world are invited to participate in this event. More importantly, we hope to show our resistance to COVID-19 and show love for the world through art.

Based on the first competition last year, this year we want not only artists in Taiwan, but also artists and art lovers from all over the world to join the competition. Let's encourage all the medical staff, anti-epidemic workers and all heroes fighting against Covid-19. Let us work together. I'm really appreciated.
