It is a moment of great pride and joy for me to pen down my thoughts for Asian Arts Association. It is highly commendable the way the organisation has expressed its solidarity with people in their fight against the coronavirus pandemic. The novel and philanthropic approach of the association is a matter of great pride and motivation for all.

The pandemic, this year, around the world has taken the humanity by storm. AAA’s noble endeavour to inspire the world with various art forms speaks volumes about their humane attitude. Amity International School Noida, India got the privilege to contribute to this noble cause by participating in “Fight COVID-19 : World Charity Painting Competition”. The great initiative to spread Covid awareness through paintings and gifting the same to Government hospitals is inspiring for many. More than 100 students of our school had the opportunity to be a part of this great initiative. They were bestowed with many gold, silver and bronze medals which was highly encouraging for them. Such programs are instrumental in inculcating the values of care and empathy in the young learners’ minds.

Amity philosophy propagated by the Chairperson Amity Schools, Dr. Mrs. Amita Chauhan, believes in lifting and brightening the lives of the under privileged children and thus have Amitasha and Atulasha schools along with Amity Humanity Foundation which work day and night to bring equal learning opportunities to them. Together we continue to remain committed to the cause of humanity. As COVID-19 is spreading around the world and more and more people are being affected by the outbreak, art can bring respite to the anxious and distressed souls in a big way.

Let us stay united against Corona and take up similar endeavors in future as well for the good of humanity!!
