Rosyth School is honoured to participate in this competition where aspiring artists get to share their interpretations of this year’s theme on COVID-19. COVID-19 has taken over many aspects of our lives. Our students from Rosyth School have had opportunities to reflect on its impact, and through this competition commemorate the human spirit which has enabled us to rise up in togetherness as a society and to serve one another with compassion. Beyond the prizes and tangible rewards of many other art competitions, the World Charity Painting Competition empowers our students to share their thoughts about how our world has changed in much more meaningful ways.
Behind our students’ submissions for this competition is our shared spirit as Rosyth School to serve with compassion and uplift our society through our talent in art. Through our artwork, we hope to be able to turn this global crisis into opportunities, to uplift others, and to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with many worldwide who are combating this pandemic.
