· The theme of this competition is "New Hope". The entries should be based on this theme.

· It is divided into professional Artist Group, amateur Preschool Group (3-7 years old), amateur Children Group (8-12 years old), amateur Youth Group (13-17 years old) and amateur Adult Group (above 18 years old) according to different countries or regions.

· Scoring criteria: 35% for Theme, 30% for Creativity, 35% for Artistry.

· Marking method: the works in the amateur group will be scored by the judges, and the works in the artist group will be scored by the artists.

· Out of every 100 works, 5 Grand prizes, 10 First prizes, 25 Second prizes and 60 Third prizes will be selected. Judges have the right to adjust the number of winners according to the number of entries and the level of painting.

· There is no limit on the number of entries, and co-creation is allowed.

· Works can be expressed in various ways, regardless of form.

· In order to maintain social distance, this activity will adopt online registration and transmission of works. In order to ensure quality, the pixels of works shall not be less than 300 dpi. When the epidemic ends and offline exhibitions are needed, the creators need to send their works to the designated places of Asian Art Association.

· Competitors are only allowed to create their own works, and embezzlement of others' works is strictly prohibited. In case of infringement, the creators shall be responsible for the legal liability and have nothing to do with the organizer except to recover the award according to law.

· The winning works will not be returned. The organizer has the right to keep, exhibit and publish the winning works after the selection of the final, and will not pay any remuneration or royalties for future use.

· The information of sending organization, name and other information on the top of the certificate and the certificate of appreciation shall be the information given in the registration. Please fill in carefully. If there is any mistake, please contact the organizing committee immediately.
