Mohammad Sharif Uddin was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh in 1984. He has done a network engineering course at NIIT Bangalore, India. He is currently working at an IT firm in Dhaka, Bangladesh & work as a contributor for the Pacific Press Agency, Philipines.

His photography journey started in 1998, but he started as a professional in 2014. He completed various photographic courses through famous mentors at home and abroad. Currently doing a course on Documentary Photography at Counter Photo. He's a Life Member of FIAP (Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique, or Eng. International Federation of Photographic Art), France, the only photographic Federation of the United Nations & also a Life Member of the Bangladesh Photographic Society (BPS).

In June 2023, he was invited to join the Asian Art Association Singapore (Photography).

He worked as a Chief Admin & Ambassador from Bangladesh of Bong Photography, India. He also work at Bangladesh Photographers Association (BPA) as a Founder of Admin. He has a very nice leadership capacity & organize many exhibitions nationally and also internationally. He always like to share my knowledge with people who want to learn Photography. He worked as an Admin and Adviser on several photography groups on social media & he was a judge in various online photography contests. Moreover, his pictures have been displayed in various international salons & won many awards nationally and internationally.

In 2017, won second position in the Street category at the Bong International Photography Exhibition held in Santiniketan, India.
In 2018, won the “Honorable Mention” and “Scholarship” Award at East Coast Group Bangladesh International Saloon by Phoenix Photographic Society.
In July 2019, my biography, including my photographs, was published in the famous American photographic magazine "Chiiz".
In 2019, won the “Honorable Mention” Award at the 4th BPS International Photography Competition & Exhibition.
In 2019, won the Best Street Category Award at CPS National Photography Exhibition.
In July 2020, my biography and my travel documentary work (An in-depth walking tour of India's famous Mullick Ghat, Kolkata) was published on the famous photographic website 121clicks.com.
In July 2020, featured my portfolio work “Life’s Moment | Bangladesh” in “Edge of Humanity Magazine”, USA
In 2020, won ABP CM Award for Open Color Category at the 1st ABP International Photograph Competition & Exhibition 2020.
In February 2021, featured the documentary work " Winter Life in Villages of Bangladesh” with my biography published on the famous photographic website Photographic Mercadillo
In March 2021, won two awards “Best River & Best Monochrome” at National Photography Exhibition in Bangladesh, presented by Khulna Photographic Society.
In March 2023, got the "GOLD AWARD" under the "WOMEN'S RIGHTS" category in the Asian Press Photo 2023, Singapore.
