About
Graduated from the Faculty of Law, National Taiwan University, and a PhD in Law from the University of London. Formerly a trade researcher at the Taiwan Trade Center in London, England. In 1994, he returned to Taiwan and served as the commissioner and director of the Taiwan Cement Group's Investment Planning Office and the chairman's English secretary, Gu Zhenfu. After moving to Hong Kong in 1996, he served as advisor to the chairman of Xinzhonggang Group and Beihai Group. Since 2003, he has been a municipal consultant of the Taipei City Government. He is currently an expert in artificial intelligence (AI) and Cloud (cloud technology) industry, executive director of the Hong Kong _Ucan.com Group, and chair professor of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
He joined Global Artists Committee of Asian Art Association in 2020.
