ABOUT

Yuhang Wu is a Xinjiang artist, full-time artistic creation, with three-dimensional PVC board and comprehensive materials as the main creative media. Participated in the award-winning exhibition of the 41st international plastic art exhibition.

He joined in Global Artist Committee of Asian Art Association in Aug 2021.

Artist Statement

Most of my creative inspiration comes from the extraction of natural things, and then simplify, deconstruct and reorganize the natural elements. It is displayed in pure white with PVC board, and then enriched with comprehensive materials. Finally, after adding different lights, Feel the different spiritual feelings of the works. I think artistic creation is the way to express the most direct feelings in my heart. In the process of creation, I express my views on things with absolute immersion and enjoyment. Only when you are distracted can you present simple and direct works to the inner world. I hope my works can let the audience experience and feel the infinite charm of art and the most simple and sincere inner feelings.
