About

Daniel Abreu was born in Tenerife, Spain, where he became curious and interested in sports and stage performances. He received a degree in psychology from the University of Distancia de Educación. As a performer, he has worked in various national dance and theatre companies and groups in Spain.

He joined Global Artists Committee of Asian Art Association In 2020.

HONOR

Daniel has received many awards, such as the National Dance Award for Creative, the Jury Award for the Dallas Dance Competition, and the Fundación AISGE at Dallas' American Dance Festival (2005). An outstanding dancer of the eighteenth-century Real Maspalomas of Madrid (1999).

WORK

Daniel's corporate project began development in 2004. His creations and collaborations came together to form what is now called the Daniel Abreu Company.

His first solo work "Espera" marked the beginning of his acting career. Since then, he has nearly 50 works. The following works stand out:

Daniel Abreu has been invited to many workshops where he shared his creativity and personal insights on contemporary dance with students and dance and theatre companies.

She is currently a guest dance teacher in many different places around the world, where he has opened workshops focusing on developing creativity courses and more.

At the same time, he continued to develop ideas and develop his own works, such as directing projects for other creators. He combines this with the Stage Director of Provisional Danza (Madrid) and supports projects initiated by other agencies.
