Miaomiao Cui is a painter, writer, teacher, photographer, member of the US-China Artists Association and the Chinese Writers Association of America. She has published many articles in newspapers and magazines in her life. Influenced by her mother, she has been fond of reading and writing since her childhood. She once worked as a newspaper reporter and a university lecturer, and won many national and provincial news awards. These years she shifts her focus onto painting, writing and teaching.

She was invited to join in Global Artist Committee of Asian Art Association in April 2021.

She has held two solo exhibitions in Augusta, Georgia. Her acrylic paintings “Bronze Peony” and “Listen To The Story of Spring” were selected to participate in the 2019 Annual Winter Art Exhibition in Georgia Columbia County City Gallery. Acrylic paintings “Rose Opera ” won the “ Special Recognition Award” in “All Women”art show held by the LST Gallery. Acrylic paintings "Romance" and "Quiet Night in the Chess Room" were selected into the “Red” 2021 show in Colors of Humanity Art Gallery. Acrylic paintings "Gorgeous Peony" and "Pure Peony", Chinese traditional painting "Peony" were selected in “Flower& Still life” January 2021 show held by Gallery Ring and won the "Finalist Award". Acrylic painting "Fire Lady " was selected in Switzerland's HelvetArt February 2021 show. The acrylic painting series of “ Among Flowers and Porcelain” is chosen to enter into Art Show International Solo Exhibition. Acrylic paintings “Pipa in Red”, “Pipa Thoughts” and “Listen to Bird Song” were selected in 2021 All Paintings Art Competition held by Contemporary Art Gallery. Acrylic paintings “Pipa Thoughts” “Gu Xun Night” and “Tranquil Lantern Night” were selected in 2021 All Women Art Competition held by Contemporary Art Gallery. Her fame with the local art scene attracted many businesses and organizations to commission her to paint murals in their establishments.

Miaomiao has won many national and provincial news awards as journalist before, she is now the member of Chinese Writers Association of America . Her literary works include novels, prose, essays, poems, have been published in the newspapers, magazines and network platforms.
