ABOUT
Master of History and Languages, National Cheng Kung University. He can be called the expert of Taiwan art history, art history and art criticism, public art hall. He has been a professor of history at Chenggong University, director of the Art Center of Chenggong University, the first director of the Cultural Bureau of Tainan City Government, Taipei City Museum of Art, Kaohsiung City Museum of Art, National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts Collector, Taipei Public Art Reviewer, Executive Yuan Member of the National Treasures Committee and important antiquities review committee.
He joined Global Artists Committee of Asian Art Association In 2019.
